All classes are 75 minutes | In person at Yoga Shala by the Sea (Carmel-by-the-Sea)
This is my home studio and teaching ground—where I offer breath-centered, nervous-system-aware practices open to locals and travelers alike.

✺ Monday | 10:00 AM | Morning Flow

A slow to medium-paced, alignment-based vinyasa class.
Grounded in breath, this class offers clear sequencing, space to listen inward, and support for all levels of practice.

✺ Tuesday | 12:00 PM | Restore & Breathe

A gentle mid-day class to relax, restore, and unwind the spine.
Supported by props and guided breathwork, this class is designed to soothe the nervous system and create space for conscious rest.

✺ One Sunday/Month | Sacred Soul Yoga

A soulful blend of movement, music, mindfulness, and ritual.
This class weaves chanting, aligned asana, breath, and philosophy into a practice that nourishes body, mind, and spirit.

✺ One Friday/Month | Rest & Receive (Community Class)

A welcoming donation-based class that blends restorative postures, calming pranayama, and guided meditation.
Come rest, breathe, and be supported.
Props are provided. All are welcome.
